Southwest Family Medicine understands that you have many options when it comes to primary care and that's why we strive to provide you flexible appointment options. We offer office visits, same day visits, and telehealth visits at all of our valley locations. We strive to ensure your experience is convenient, comprehensive, and focused on you, the patient.
Office Visits
(Monday - Thursday 8am - 7pm; Friday 8am - 5pm; Saturday - Sunday Closed)
Same Day Visits
- Based on PCP availability
- Locations may vary
- Non-emergent visit only
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency call 911 or seek emergency medical services
Telehealth Visits
Our primary care providers can treat a wide variety of conditions via various telehealth platforms. If a condition requires hands on assessment or lab work, it must be treated onsite. Many conditions can be treated via telehealth, including but not limited to:
- Acne
- Allergies
- Body ache
- Cold
- Cough
- Diarrhea
- Earache
- Eye Infection
- Fever
- Flu
- Headache
- Medication refill
- Nausea
- Sinus congestion
- Skin infection
- Urinary tract infection (UTI)
- Vomiting
