Paradise Valley resident Richard Herold, a commercial litigation partner in the Phoenix Office of Spencer Fane, LLP, has been elected chairperson of the Board of Directors of Southwest Behavioral & Health Services. Herold joined the board in 2017 and has played an active role in promoting the organization’s mission to improve the health and well-being of the communities the organization serves statewide.
